PLANT MANAGER (KODE :PLANT)
RESPONSIBILITIES- Oversee team which represents manufacturing, materials, engineering, quality and safety in managing day to day operations
- Responsible for controlling and managing overall Plant operations within established guidelines
- Develop and implements continuous improvement projects to assure that quality, customer delivery and cost objectives are met
- Accountable for quality products and services, and operational performance as it pertains to cost control, customer service, inventory management and capital assets.
- Responsible for driving Lean and Lean initiatives throughout the facility
- Develop, recommend and implement annual strategic manufacturing plans and budgets.
- Develop plans for efficient use of materials, machines and employees
- Responsible for leading, mentoring, supporting and developing employees.
- Develops, implements and administers policies, programs, workflows and procedures to meet the objectives of the Company
- Propose Budget to management
- Identifies and manages capital projects and maintenance of plant facility
QUALIFICATIONS
- BS in Industrial Engineering Industrial Technology or related field
- At least five (5) years management and operational experience in a manufacturing environment with demonstrated responsibilities that includes planning, scheduling, staffing, financial budgets/accountability, safety, production and inventory control, procurement, manufacturing engineering, production management and quality
- Must possess excellent interpersonal skills, good teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in the area of operational and or facility management
- Excellent time management skills
- Six sigma and Lean manufacturing knowledge is an added advantage
